Dawson Community College Head Softball Coach Jim LeProwse is pleased to announce the signing of Breana Hiatt from Grantsville High School in Stansbury Park, Utah.
Breana was a 2018 All-State Honorable Mention selection and 1st Team All-Region selection. The following season she continued in being honored a 2019 1st Team All-Region selection and 1st Team All-State selection. Breana has earned a ton of accolades as a softball player in her two years of high school softball so far.
“We were blown away by her talent when she came to Dawson for a visit, said LeProwse. She is a tremendous hitter, great catcher and a very solid third baseman. Breana brings a lot of versatility to our Buccaneer program. I have no doubt that Breana will do tremendous things in her two years at Dawson. She has the perfect attitude for a college athlete and has a team first mentality and I cannot wait to see the great things that she will do at DCC.”
