Dawson Community College Head Softball Coach Jim LeProwse is pleased to announce the signing of Tyra Coats from Fremont High School West Haven, Utah.
Coach LeProwse commented, “Tyra will bring a ton of power and speed to our program here at Dawson. Tyra is a very talented outfielder and she possesses great arm strength. She has a great attitude and a great work ethic. Tyra will definitely make a run at our stolen base record here at Dawson in the next two years. We expect her to be in a power spot in our line-up. Tyra will make an immediate impact in our program next season. She will be a perfect fit for our program and I can’t wait to see the great things that she will do at DCC.”
