HKT Big Sky Motors is taking preventative actions to help protect our staff and valued customers against the COVD-19 Virus. With that in mind, we want to personally update you on the current precautions we are taking to address the COVID-19 Virus.
We are closely monitoring the guidance of the WHO, CDC and State of Montana regarding the spread of the virus and best practices for commercial business. Our focus is to ensure we meet your needs while doing our part to keep you, our employees and our community safe. We have escalated our already stringent sanitary practices and have taken additional precautionary measures to maintain the highest standard of sanitation of cleanliness in our facilities.
When visiting HKT Big Sky Motors you will notice the following heightened protocols:
• Frequent and regular sanitization of touchpoint areas and surfaces (waiting room seats, door handles, counters, etc.)
• Making available alcohol-based hand sanitizer for our customers and employees
• Ensuring preventative measures with our team such as social distancing, hand washing and respiratory hygiene and cough etiquette are maintained.
We will also be implementing a “glove-on” policy for any vehicles that our staff members enter, drive or return to the lot- whether it be a function of the sales or service department.
Our dealership is open for business as long as the COVID-19 situation remains stable. If it is helpful for some customers, we will be offering the following services at this time:
• Options for online car buying through our no pressure and hassle-free sales process
• The ability to schedule “at-home” test drivers from our new and used vehicle selection
• Pick-up and return delivery of customer vehicles in need of service. Please call for availability and scheduling.
HKT has been serving Glendive since 1956 and we are grateful for the loyalty and support of our valued customers. If you are considered to be in a higher risk category related to the COVID-19 Virus, HKT would like to help and we are offering the following free services to our local community:
• Pick up and delivery of your vehicle for service work
• Pick up and delivery of mail, groceries, or pharmaceutical prescriptions
