Glendive Broadcasting tried our newest camera at the first Revenge of the Southside! By rough estimate the event had over 150 people attend, the two blocks from the Sargent and Douglas intersection up to the Kirke Collective. L’Amour bakery on the corner brought the community event together bringing in food vendors, live entertainment, and vendor booths!
The event was filled with friends and familiar faces, delicious food, and good music. For a first time event it was a perfect time to break out our new camera at the studio. It was also a great first time to get my feet wet with shooting and editing videos. The best time to learn is the present and sometimes you can only learn by doing. I’m sure that the same will go for The Revenge of the Southside, it will mold and adapt to better serve itself and the community in the following years. Here is to the first one and to many more!
