The DCC Lady Bucs Volleyball team will close out the regular season with a game on Sunday night vs. the Miles Community College Lady Pioneers. It will be Sophomore Night and Dawson will be honoring their eight sophomores. The Lady Bucs have won 6 of their last 8 games though they dropped their last home game to Dakota College Bottineau. The Lady Pioneers have won 6 in a row and are sitting in third place in the conference behind Bismarck State College and North Dakota State College of Science. This is the final regular-season game for both teams and the Region XIII playoffs will begin Wednesday. Miles has already locked up a playoff berth and are battling to stay in third place. Dawson will need a win on Sunday night and a loss by Williston State to qualify.
Game time is set for 7:00 pm on Sunday night at the Dawson Community College Toepke Center. The sophomores will be honored before the start of the match. Fans are encouraged to wear their red and show their support for the Dawson Community College Lady Buccaneers.
