DCC sophomore guard Alexius Foster has been voted 2019 WBCA Two-Year College Coaches’ All-America honorable mention by the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association.
Foster finished the season averaging 19 points per game and 5 rebounds. She scored 617 points this past season, making her the 2nd All-Time Leading Scorer in the history of Dawson with a total of 1,191 points. She shot 44% from the field, 35% from the 3 point line, and 81% from the free throw line. She also was voted Mon-Dak All-Conference First Team and NJCAA All Region.
Foster, from Franklin Pierce High School in Tacoma, Washington, has verbally committed to continue her career at the University of Denver.
