The Lady Red Devils lost to a tough Columbia Fall in 5 sets today at the State “A” Volleyball Tournament. The Ladies fell short in the 1st round of the loser out game. The first set went to Columbia Falls but the Lady Red Devils came back to win the 2nd and 3rd sets. With 2 sets each the final set came down to a battle where the Red Devils lost 13 to 15 clinching it for Columbia Falls
The Lady Red Devils will have a long ride home as they critique the 2 matches they played in at the state tourney. This is the second year in a row that the Lady Red Devils participated in the state tournament. As tough as the losses are to take the ladies played hard and represented themselves well. I know all of Glendive feels the pain of the loss but are grateful for the hard effort put forth by the entire volleyball team and coaches. GO BIG RED!
